On the evening of day 39 of a 40-day fast, I prayed God would do something mighty in the last 36hrs of the fast. An 11th hour cry for God to work a miracle, anything at all. I didn’t want this 40-day sugar fast to just fizzle out at the end. I wanted Jesus with all my heart. He answered my cry.
